E-BOOKLET:

This year we are not providing a printed handbook in the goody bags as to further reduce tournament costs. An E-booklet will be available on the website prior to the start of the tournament for players to download and will contain all the information. It will also be emailed to all players that have provided their email addresses.

SHIRT DESCRIPTION

We need to place the shirt order in the last week of July, so please include sizes on your entry form by 14 July. The squash shirts are men’s and ladies’ sizes, in moisture management fabric and are not body hugging but loose fitting.

TOURNAMENT LEVY

The tournament levy has now been confirmed at R900 per player. This levy is payable by end of July in full. Provinces that have not paid by then will be excluded from the tournament.

TEAM DEPOSITS/ PLAYER DETAILS

The team entry must be accompanied by a deposit of R2000 per team by latest 14 July. The entry form must be completed in full with cell numbers, ID numbers, shirt sizes and email addresses PLEASE.

FINAL NAMES OF TEAM MEMBERS AND PAYMENTS

The balance of payments and final list of all players in their respective teams must be made and given by 31 July 2014 NB. Please include your province name as reference when making payment.

INVITATION PLAYERS

A team with invitational players will not be allowed entry without approval from SA Masters executive.

INDEMNITY AND SECURITY

While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and well being of visitors and members as well as their property, the Berea Rovers Club will not be held liable for any injury or illness sustained, or loss, damage or accident occurring whilst at the Club or on any formal excursion, no matter how such may be caused, including as a result of negligence on the part of the servants, agents, staff, management or directors of the club. KZN Masters Squash has undertaken to provide full security for the duration of the tournament, but also cannot be held liable for loss or injury sustained on these premises as per above.

ENTERTAINMENT UPDATED

The Berea Rovers Club centrally situated in Durban and close to the ABSA Stadium, will be the venue for all the functions.

Friday 5 September Team registration and collection of goodie bags from 2 - 8 pm. Captain’s meeting 6pm. GREAT SHEBEEN PARTY “ at Rovers and “THEME EVENING” Dress code: ‘SHEBEEN GEAR’ Prizes: For the best- dressed individual and team Music: Live music from 6 –12pm Food: Meals provided @R45 per head including vegetarian An awesome way to start a great tournament! Saturday 6 September Official Opening Function. Catering & entertainment provided Sunday 7 September Social evening. Disco provided. Lucky draws at 8pm and 10pm. Good food on sale. Golden Oldies cocktail party 6pm @ Rovers Monday 8 September Social evening. Disco provided. Team photos will be taken from 6 - 8pm. Lucky draws at 8pm and 10pm. The SAM AGM will be held at 6 pm Tuesday 9 September Closing Function. Catering and entertainment provided for all players. Third Degree will be the live band performing on this evening. A short Prize giving will start the evening and winning teams will be photographed.
